TB Stator Assembly – K2-78 Models

Reproduction Stator Assembly Kit – It is virtually identical to the original and comes complete with everything you need to get your stator back in working order except for the plate itself (both coils, condenser, points, wiring, screws, O-ring, oil seal – see picture). This assembly was developed specifically for the K2 and K3-78 models (these models didn’t use a battery). If you want to put lights on a Z50R, this kit would be a great start. On the original K2-78 lighting coil, the wire colors were gray, blue, black, and red. Gray was not available so we substituted green. That is basically the only difference. Our kits also include the felt and felt oil while other brands don't include these essential items.
