FAQ

    Most orders will ship out from our facility within 1-7 business days (Mon-Fri) of ordering. We may ship in multiple packages for faster delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Faster-Minis CANNOT be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc...

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. We DO NOT generate tracking numbers until the item(s) are scanned into the box. Faster-Minis CANNOT be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped. However, if there is an issue with your shipment after it has left our facility, feel free to contact customer support after you have verified with the carrier that there is in-fact an issue and not a delay. 

    My item I just ordered went on sale.
    Our sales are non retroactive, this includes but not limited to product discounts, shipping discounts, free with purchase items, etc... If your order was placed within 48 hours of our promotion starting and hasn't left our warehouse, please contact customer support to see if you qualify for a partial refund. All other inquiries may be ignored or replied to within 72 hours.   

    My tracking number hasn't updated.
    Please note that we have been experiencing out of the ordinary factors, such as packages not being scanned in by the carrier, or incorrectly scanned. Rest assured, your package is on its way and will arrive safely. Please allow a little extra time for the carriers during this uncertain time. Delivery is guaranteed!

    The item said Available when I ordered it.
    Available items are not in stock items and are currently in route to us. Items noted as "Available" typically take 3-5 business days to ship out. 

    My order arrived damaged. 
    Packages that arrive to you damaged from the carrier MUST be communicated to Customer Support within 2 days of receiving it. For a fast resolution, please have images of the package before opening it so that we can let the carrier know. 

    Can I cancel my order after I got a tracking number?
    We will try our best to cancel the order if we haven't generated a shipping label. Shipping labels are only created after the order has been completely boxed. Once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier we can no longer cancel it and it will have to be returned once you receive it. 

    Can I change my order after I have placed it? ie. add or remove items

    We wish we could accommodate all changes… Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to shipping. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order as Faster Minis is not responsible for items ordered incorrectly. However, if your order has not yet generated a tracking number, feel free to contact us and we can see what options are available. If a tracking number has been generated, you may be responsible for returning the item for the correct one. 

    Do I have to pay import or customs fees/taxes?
    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and no way of telling you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid to the shipping carrier by the recipient of the package and if not paid, the package will be abandoned with no refunds or credits. 

    I forgot to apply my discount code.
    Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact customer support and we will happily apply the code for you. Discounts do not apply to shipping/tax, cannot be combined, and are excluded from sale items. Discount codes are not retroactive. 

    I entered the wrong Shipping Address. 
    It is your responsibility for entering the correct info during checkout. Once the warehouse has processed your order we are unable to make any further changes so please call ASAP. If an address change is absolutely required after the order has been processed, we may be able to request changes with the carrier on your behalf or you can do so directly with the shipping carrier but they do charge additional fees and there is no guarantee.

    How do I wash your Apparel?
    We suggest that you machine wash in cold water with like colors and hang dry or, use the lowest heat temperature possible in a dryer.

    Warranty on Apparel
    Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, accident, crashes or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Manufacture warranties may cover defects such as defective seams, snap failures and/or zipper failure and is to be submitted to the manufacture directly. 
    What's not covered is:

    • Damage due to crashing 
    • Contact with exhaust pipes
    • Cuts or punctures by sharp objects 
    • Fading due to excessive sunlight or improperly washed with chemicals
    • etc....
