We also want to keep prices low on our website. To ensure that all of these expectations are met, we want to ensure that your order is accurate and exactly what you require. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
- All returns must be approved by a Faster Minis Customer Service Representative. A return authorization will be issued to those with approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will be returned to the customer, and no credit/exchange will be offered.
- All return claims must be made within ten (10) days of you (the customer) receiving the order, and approved items must be received by Faster Minis within twenty (20) days of you (the customer) receiving the order, or return will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
- If you're wanting to exchange the item for a different item or a different color, we will issue a refund after the item has been inspected and a new order may be placed online at any time.
- All returns/exchanges/refunds not due to a shipping or selling error of Faster-Minis.com are subject to a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee.
- Refused Packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any product defects or damages must be communicated to Faster Minis within two business days of receiving the package or a return/exchange may be refused.
- Shipping and Handling charges are neither refundable nor creditable.
- Electrical Parts are neither returnable nor refundable under ANY circumstances.
- All returned pending parts, apparel or accessories must be in their original UNOPENED packaging or no credit/exchange will be issued.
- All packages are closely inspected before any return/exchange/refund or credit is issued. All return shipping will be paid by the customer.
