At Faster-Minis, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want to make sure that you receive the item that meet your needs. We also want to keep prices low on our website. To ensure that all of these expectations are met, we want to ensure that your order is accurate and exactly what you require.
If your order was placed within 30 days of the shipped date and in the U.S, please use our self service returns page to generate a pre-paid label. Your refund will be debited $9.99 for using this service. Alternatively, you may ship your item(s) in any manner you choose to:

* IF THE ITEM BEING RETURNED SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF BEING INSTALLED OR USED IT WILL BE REFUSED AND SHIPPED BACK AS IS.
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is your responsibility as the customer to pay costs related to items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging. This can result in a refused return an/or 20% restocking fee.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
- Returned items must be in NEW / UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the returned item shows any signs of being used or installed (which we do check for) will not be accepted for return, no exceptions.
- If you're wanting to exchange the item for a different item or a different color, we will issue a refund after the item has been inspected and a new order may be placed online at any time.
- Shipments refused on delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any product defects or damages must be communicated to Faster-Minis within (2) two business days of receiving the package or a return/exchange may be refused.
- Shipping and Handling charges are neither refundable nor creditable.
- Electrical Parts are neither returnable nor refundable under ANY circumstances. This includes, Rev Boxes, Spark Plugs, Ignitions, stators and fuel controllers.
- All packages are closely inspected before any return/exchange/refund or credit is issued. All return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- If you returned your part with a third party shipper be sure you include your name and order number in the box or else we have no clue who it's being returned for.
While we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, please make sure you know exactly what you want before you order. If you are unsure that a particular part will work, please contact us.
Faster-Minis will stand behind all products we sell. Most products are limited to the manufactures warranty. All warranty issues will need to be addressed with the manufacturer directly. However, we will do everything we can to help you through the process.
