This product is for a DRZ110, KLX110
TBR Primary Drive Gear for KLX/DRZ110
Primary drive gear for modified 110s with manual clutches. TBR takes care of the details so your mini bike motor runs like it should.
These new primary drive gears are made to replace (OEM Part # 10395A) and completely eliminate the stock clutch housing. They are designed to be used, instead of the “Primary Clutch Removal Tool” (part # 022-3-06) on the higher horsepower engines as there is a good chance of this part slipping with so much horsepower.
This part is should be used on Stage 3 and is a must-have for all Stage 4 engines to ensure that the there is no chance of slippage. It also has much less rotating mass so this part will also eliminate even more flywheel weight and make the bike rev even faster.
Will fit 2003 and newer KLX110s. Does not work on 2002 KLX motors.
