XR50 Super Pro Frame Kit by BBR
You asked for it, and BBR custom made it. The BBR Super Pro CRF XR50 Frame is the ultimate upgrade for your CRF/XR50. It is real light and super strong. The BBR Super Pro Frame can handle adult sized abuse.
Tired of trying to get the stock mono-shock style suspension to work? This frame has the best CRF/XR50 rear suspension available, period!
- 6061 aluminum frame (100% designed, tested, machined, welded, and heat-treated in the USA)
- 6061 aluminum swingarm (3" longer than stock)
- High quality Elka shock with adjustable rebound, compression, and preload. This shock is a work of art!
- Custom built specifically for the BBR Super Pro frame, it is fully rebuildable, and uses standard size valving shims. The giant shaft is 16mm. Custom wound spring.
- 6" of rear wheel travel
- Same weight as stock frame, swingarm, and shock! (but 5 times stronger)
- Shot peened finish
- Billet machined solid rear motor-mount section
- BBR logo engraved in headtube
- Single piece subframe loop (removable subframe)
- Every bracket now CNC machined
- Includes MSO paperwork for easy registration and resale.
- Headset races preinstalled for easy assembly
- Uses stock CRF/XR50 swingarm bolt, rear axle, and chain adjusters (plus all the other CRF/XR50 components)
