· CNC machined stainless steel headpipe collar
· CNC machined aluminum headpipe flange (blue anodized)
Muffler Features:
· Thinwall extruded 6061 T-6 satin finished aluminum sleeve
· TIG welded canister mount for easy installation and extreme durability
· CNC machined inlet cap
· 1.5” x .035” stainless steel perf core
· High temperature packing material
· CNC machined & threaded outlet end for easy repack
· Removable die-cast magnesium M6 outlet
· USFS approved spark arrestor included (removable)
· Optional sound reducing “Mini” MX P2 PowerTip™ (gold anodized) available, part # 005-P2
· Made, tested & assembled in Santa Ana, CA USA
This exhaust will fit KLX110 02-12 and KLX110L.
