Trail Bikes 160cc Bore Kit, Race Head and VM26mm Carb Performance Kit for KLX110
A huge power increase for your 110 at a great price! From low end torque to top end performance, this kit will not disappoint. These are high quality parts at a great value and are sure to make your 110 a lot more fun to ride or race! This kit includes our new Race Head that has larger valves and ports for increased performance. The Race Head, combined with the 160cc bore kit and the Mikuni VM26mm carb kit will deliver all the power you need to win any open class race. Additionally, this whole kit is priced less than what others sell just a cylinder head for!
As with all 160cc kits on the market, installation requires engine disassembly and case boring. Therefore, we highly recommend a professional technician install this kit and the cases bored by a reputable machine/cycle shop. If you plan on installing the kit yourself, you will need to have a Kawasaki KLX110 shop manual available in this section or locally at any dealer. Besides the case boring, the parts in this kit are installed in the exactly the same manner as the OEM parts.
160cc Big Bore Kit, Race Head and Mikuni VM 26mm Carburetor Performance Kit includes:
- Race Head - 28mm intake valve, 23mm exhaust valve, 25mm intake port and 21mm exhaust port (valves come installed).
- Aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve
- High rpm/compression domed 63mm piston with rings, pin, & clips
- Race Camshaft
- Head gasket kit
- Genuine Mikuni VM 26mm Performance Carb
- Race Head Intake Kit (will match the race head better than intakes intended for the stock head)
- Jet kit with 3 different sizes (Stock size is a #195 - Extra jets sizes of 155, 165 & 175)
- Throttle Cable
- Air Filter
