This kit is an upgrade kit for anyone with a 160cc bore kit (TB or other brands). It features our new Race Head that has larger valves and ports for increased performance over the stock head. The Race Head adds a considerable amount of power to the KLXs or DRZs with a 160cc bore kit. Bolt on and go! If you plan on installing the kit yourself, we recommend a Kawasaki KLX110 shop manual available in this section or locally at any dealer. The parts in this kit are installed in the exactly the same manner as the OEM parts. Important Note: If installing this kit on a non-TB 160cc kit, we highly recommend purchasing a TB race cam.
