BBR has developed an exclusive camshaft with a decompression mechanism built into the camshaft. The decompression device releases cranking pressure during start up and allows the bike to be started with ease. Once the motor has started, the decompression is automatically disabled and full compression is restored. This new D-Comp™ camshaft will allow most bikes to actually be started by hand. Now there is no reason to hesitate to use a huge bore or a stroked crankshaft. After a year of R&D, BBR's got you covered.
